Overview
Crawler scraper has five functions: hydraulic travel, excavation device, belt conveyor, loading, and cleaning the bottom of the tunnel.
It is mainly composed of motor, hydraulic system, excavation device, crawler travel device, belt conveyor unloading and electrical control system. The hydraulic system of the whole vehicle is driven by a 15-30kw motor to drive the gear pump. The hydraulic oil goes from the oil tank to the multi-way valve to the actuator and then returns to the oil tank. The hydraulic device is controlled by the four handles of the multi-way valve. Its outstanding advantages are flexible and simple operation, no need to turn around when excavating the tunnel, and high slag discharge efficiency.
This machine adopts a split chassis design with strong passing force, which can flexibly pass through the "small branches" of the tunnel. The conveying frame adopts a split design, which is extremely convenient for installation in the shaft mine. The belt adopts PVC high-tensile flame-retardant belt with a long service life. Normal use can ensure that the excavation distance of the tunnel is more than 300m.
