The slag scraper is mainly used for the collection and transportation of crushed stones for various mines such as phosphate, iron, copper, gold, silver, lead silver, etc. in narrow space tunnel mining operations, as well as for the construction and loading of hydroelectric and tunnel projects. It is a production device that combines a robotic arm with a conveyor, combining the functions of slag removal and transportation for loading. It adopts an electric full hydraulic control system and has the characteristics of safety, environmental protection, low energy consumption, and high efficiency. It is an advanced mining equipment for mining enterprises, a substitute for manual labor and other machinery, filling the gap of no mechanical operation in narrow spaces
The power source is externally introduced as a 380V or 660V three-phase AC power supply. The whole machine adopts one motor and one electric drum, which includes four functions: hydraulic walking, excavation and collection, conveying, and loading. The hydraulic walking function is driven by a hydraulic motor, gearbox, transmission shaft, and then a reducer to drive the wheels. The hydraulic motor has three functions: forward, backward, and automatic braking. Excavation and collection are completed by a robotic arm, which has excavation, arm extension, loading, and unloading functions. The boom can rise, fall, and rotate left and right. The excavation and collection function is controlled by hydraulic pressure and operated by four operating handles.
