Mining excavator loader, also known as scraper, tunnel cleaning machine, and tunnel slag removal machine. According to the walking mode, it can be divided into wheeled and tracked types. It has five functions including hydraulic walking, excavation device, belt conveyor, loading, and cleaning the bottom of the tunnel. It mainly consists of an electric motor, hydraulic walking, excavation device, walking device, belt conveyor unloading, and electrical control system. The hydraulic system of the entire vehicle is powered by a 15kW electric motor to drive a gear pump. The hydraulic oil flows from the oil tank to the multi way valve, then to the actuating element and back to the oil tank. The hydraulic device is controlled through the four handles of the multi way valve. Its outstanding advantages are flexible operation and high slag removal efficiency. Taking a 2m * 2m roadway as an example, a row of cannons can be cleaned up in about an hour.
