Product Description

  Tire type excavator loader is a high-efficiency mining equipment for continuous production. Mainly used for narrow space tunnel mining operations, such as metal mines, water diversion tunnels, etc. Its function is to collect crushed stone and soil materials from various projects and transport and load them onto trucks. This machine relies on tires to push and shovel rocks, and uses a bucket to scoop the stones into its own belt conveyor. The conveyor unloads the rocks from the tail into dump trucks, mining cars, or other loading and transportation equipment.
  The tunnel scraper has flexible maneuverability and high work efficiency. The hydraulic system adopts a multi way valve control form and optimizes the ratio to evenly distribute the oil volume, enabling flexible and efficient operation of components such as the bucket, arm, boom, scraper transport groove, etc. The strong and fast working performance enables the tunnel scraper to have high performance during slag removal operations. During on-site rock loading operations, it only takes 0.5-1 minutes to fill 1-3 tons of mining trucks, and only 1.5 minutes to fill 4m ³ side dump mining trucks.
